Return & Refund Policy

Staybrite Cookware

At Staybrite Cookware, we are committed to delivering high-quality cookware to our customers. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing a request.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect product delivered

Requests raised for reasons other than the above will not be eligible for return or exchange.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our Customer Care team at:

While raising the request, customers must provide:

  • A copy of the original purchase invoice
  • Minimum two clear photographs of the product
  • In case of shipping damage or wrong product delivery, an unboxing video is mandatory

Requests without the above documents may not be processed.


Purchase Source Limitation

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from the Staybrite Cookware official website or authorized showroom.
  • Products purchased from third-party websites, marketplaces, or dealers will be governed by the return policy of the respective seller.

Return Timeline

  • The product must be reported and shipped back within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items returned after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Products

  • Products must be returned in unused condition
  • Original packaging, manuals, and all accompanying documents must be intact
  • Customers are advised to ensure safe and secure packaging, as damage during return transit may lead to rejection

Replacement Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:

  • A replacement product will be dispatched at the earliest
  • Replacement will be processed only after inspection and approval by our quality team

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by emailing us at:

After Shipping

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. For assistance, please contact our customer support team.

Cancellation or shipping charges may apply depending on the order status.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed for the actual product amount paid at the time of purchase
  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days after successful inspection of the returned product
  • Shipping charges are refundable only in cases of manufacturing defects

Additional Notes

  • The original invoice must be produced for all return, exchange, or refund requests
  • Staybrite Cookware reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
  • Final decision regarding acceptance of return, exchange, or refund rests with Staybrite Cookware
